How Can I Protect My Digestion

How can I protect my digestion? I think the best way is to eat proper and exercise. Because, I think if I were to eat the improper foods then it would cause my stomach to not feel good, which meaning that my stomach is not digesting the food properly. Also to drink alot of water because it would wash down the food into you stomach and make it easier for the stomach to break down the food faster so it wouldn't take too long. Like if you have too much substance in the sink and its all clump together then it wouldn't wash down the sink until you wash it down with some water. The same goes for your stomach. It would digest the food faster if you add some water to it.

Protection to infectious disease

No one can actually protect themselves from disease completely unless they don't ever come in contact with anyone or anything. We, as human beings come in contact with different type of bacteria and viruses everyday, and we don't know what we come in contact with and when to avoid it. The best way for us to avoid getting a infectious disease is to keep ourselves clean and have proper sanitation. The only way you can keep from getting infected is to use your common sense to not get in contact with it. For example, don't use a needle again if its have already been used, use a new one to avoid coming in contact with any other diseases or bacteria.

Allergies

Allergies is a abnormal reaction that one gets from a substance. Some allergies cause small blood vessels to become leaky which in turns make it a noticeable symptom such as runny nose, watery eyes, and itching, reddened skins. There are times when one inhales a allergen and they start to have a symptom of asthma. Allergies are usually cause with a substance that you are allergic to. For example, some peoples might be allergic to fish and if they eat it they might get a response reaction to it such as asthma, itching, reddened of the skin, and in worst cases a asthma attack.

What Worried Me Most From The Movie.

What worried me the most from the movie was getting infected with viruses and diseases. Before, I would think if I were to keep myself clean and stay away from things that could get me in contact with these viruses and diseases. But I was wrong myself, after watching the movie I have found out a lot of how diseases and viruses can be transfer easily from one person to another. Now from times to times I would cover my mouth and nose when someone sneezes and coughs because I am afraid of being infected. This also tells me to disinfect the products I use once it is dirty. I am not traumatized about it but I am just being more careful because I would hate to take shots from time to time.

Mechanisms That Controls Breathing

Some mechanisms that control breathing are exercise, conscious control, and and emotions. Exercise affect the breathing rate because when you exercise you increase the body temperature that causes an increase in the rate of breathing. Your emotions can also control your rate or breathing. For example, when you watch a scary movie the moment when someone is running after someone else to kill them gives you a gasp. That gasp is the extra inhalation of air into your body or when your scared you begin to breath more quickly. Your conscious also affect your breathing rate because, when you sing, swallow, or even go for a swim. You control the amount of intake of oxygen you need in order to perform the task. Like swimming, you would hold your breathe longer and breathe in deeper to supply your body enough oxygen for the body. This causes your body to respond to it by telling it to breathe more, therefore an increase in breathing rate.

Fascinating and Confusing Cardiovascular System

In this chapter of the cardiovascular system, I learned a lot of information's about the Cardiovascular System and how it works. But, from time to time I would get confused about how the blood flows throughout the body. I understand how the cardiovascular system is about how the blood get pump out of the heart and throughout the rest of the body. What I don't understand is how the heart does it. In this section it confused me about how the blood gets into the heart and out of the heart and what about the oxygen how does that work. I learned that the oxygen is carried within the blood and transfer throughout the body through blood. The blood in the body carries nutrients, waste, and oxygen with it throughout the body. The Cardiovascular System chapter is an interesting chapter but on some sections I am somewhat confused on it.
